Summary of our Wedding
Cakes
The following is a summary of the standard size
and shape wedding cakes that we produce. Preferably
at least one months notice is required but shorter
notice may be taken if availability of fruitcake
and time permits.
Royal or fondant icing
All our fruitcakes are marzipanned
and may be decorated using either royal icing or fondant paste
sugar icing. Please be aware that all our wedding cake products
do contain nuts. Due to production difficulties we are unable
to accept orders for Sponge Tiers in the months of July, August
and early September.

Sugar craft cakes
For sugar craft
cakes the standard sizes are 6", 8" and 10"
although larger sizes are available at special request. This
would make a 3 Tier fruit cake £212.00. Any sugarcraft
flowers or Bride and groom cake tops are extra to this.
Icing Colours
The icing colours that are available are: White and Ivory. Coloured ribbons to co-ordinate sugarcraft flowers and wedding dresses are available in most shades. It is useful if a sample of ribbon is sent for us to match.
Sugar Craft Flowers
The sugar craft flowers as seen on the images are available in white or ivory with ribbons to match your colour scheme. They are roses & carnations with green
leaves which are available in three sizes £15.00, £20.00
and £25.00.
Cake tops
We carry a small
range of Bride and Groom cake tops and have a brochure at
the bakery of many more that are available to order. A speciality
Bride and Groom cake top is a "Kiltie" where the
groom is wearing a tartan kilt. A range of about 10 tartans
are available, others to special order or where the tartan
material can be provided.
Extra portions
Plain iced fruit cakes are
available for extra portions, prices as above. We are able
to supply the small boxes to send a slice of cake, to people
that were not at the wedding, £3.50 for 12.
Cake stands free
A 2 tier and a 3 tier special style of stand is available for hire free of charge with our cakes. Alternatively
perspex seperators may be used and are also available free of any hire charge
However a £50.00 returnable deposit is required in cash.
A 25% deposit is required when placing your order please.
We will deliver your cake free of charge to local hotels after full payment has been received.
If you wish to pay by cheque to a value higher than your cheque card or via the post,
we ask for this at least ten days prior to delivery.
